畢卡索小畫家 Picasso Experience

Working with kids is one of my favorite thing to do at home. Especially, when they don’t feel well, doing drawing or painting can move their focus on other materials, and express their feeling into art in order to get release and feel better. I think it may be a kind of art therapy for my boys. I love to see how they can create and stimulate my brain, too.

Today, I talked about a famous cubism, Pablo Picasso, with my little boy. We read a short story about him, and looked his art works through the website and books. I also gave him some color concepts such as what is primary colors, secondary colors, and complementary colors? We also talked about what is a “beautiful OOPS!” This way will let kids feel more free and brave to create, draw and play with colors.

It’s a very fun time between us. If you have a little kids under ago 6, I would recommend these two books for them. Books are fun and easy to let kids understand colors. Hope you and your kids enjoy them.

每一次小孩不舒服時，我就會陪他們畫畫，轉移注意力也可以幫他們減輕壓力，想想別的事。所以我們今天也不列外，就和他玩一玩他最愛的畫畫！！最近對顏色很敏感的他，特別選了畢加索的畫來讓他學，除了介紹他主色調，副色調，和搭配色的概念外，還初次介紹了他立體的概念。 畢加索(Pablo Picasso)是西班牙(Spain)一位很有天份的立體派名畫家 (Cubism)，雖然弟弟對立體感有聽沒有懂，但卻被這三張參考圖的顏色所吸引！沒關係，以後美術課還會在學一次，所以就在此只先小小的給他介紹一下就好啦！！為了讓他容易了解，我還借用了畢加索的三張圖及二本我收集的書來讓他了解色彩的搭配及立體感的感覺。他因為找不到Model，還要求我要做他的Model呢！！只是他要Model拿紙把半邊臉擋住，這樣他才不會畫到我的整個臉。真是可憐的媽咪。。。 若家中有6歲以下的小孩，可以讓他們試試，你可以看到他們心中的"立體感“是長什樣子的喔！
